Mr Haruna Musinguzi is the Director for Finance at the Uganda Communications Commission. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA –UK) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda.
Mr Musinguzi holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Makerere University) and a Bachelors in Business Studies (Accounting) from the Islamic University in Uganda. In addition he has attended courses in finance at the Said Business School, University of Oxford and Regulation at the Public Utility Research Centre at the University of Florida in Gainesville (USA).
Mr Musinguzi has over 19 years’ experience in middle and senior positions spread across the private sector, international agencies and the public sector. He is well grounded in areas of financial management, strategic planning, risk management, controls and governance, budgeting and management information systems. Prior to joining UCC, Mr Musinguzi worked with the United Nations World Food Programme.
