Mr. Edson Ngirabakunzi is a human rights scholar and has vast experience in influencing inclusive policies across sectors. He holds several professional qualifications in human resource management and programme management. Mr. Ngirabakunzi holds a Master’s in Human Rights and is pursuing a PhD in employment rights of vulnerable people in Uganda, particularly people with disabilities. He has influenced policies at both national and international level. He has monitored World Bank funded projects in Uganda and held several meetings with the World Bank leadership to influence social safeguard polices that are inclusive. He has researched on many topics and co-authored articles on health and economic empowerment. Mr. Ngirabakunzi has also participated in research on accessible ICT for persons with disabilities in Uganda.
