The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) is a statutory body established under the Communications Act 2013 to regulate the Telecommunications, Broadcasting and Postal subsector. In carrying out its mandate and mission of driving the development of a robust communications sector in the country, UCC found it necessary to restructure its organizational structure to align it to the corporate goals. After the restructuring process, there were several changes that were adopted resulting in the creation of new roles and vacant positions that needs to be filled.
