1Q. Who can use the Library?

All members of the Commission are welcome to use the Library. Researchers within the sector from the public & tertiary institutions may apply to use the Library for reference. Similarly stakeholders and Government Institutions may also apply to access the Library.

2Q. Where is the Library?

The Library is located in Bugolobi, UCC House, Plot 42-44 spring road, Kampala.

3Q. When is the Library open?

The Library is open Monday to Friday 8.30- 4.45. The Library is closed on Weekends and Public Holidays.

4Q. How do I contact the Library?

5Q. What material does the Library hold?

The Commission Library is a special library, meaning that it holds book titles that are exclusive to the sector, which is ICT, broadcasting, telecommunications and Postal. The library also holds an extensive collection of reports, electronic resources, photographs, DVDs published from ITU and has a collection of rare stamps.

6Q. How can I search for resources in the Library?

You can check for materials in the Library using our online public catalogues or by ringing the library staffs or by visiting the library in person.
