Mr Godfrey Mutabazi is the Executive Director of Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) - the regulatory authority of the communications sector in Uganda, which comprises broadcasting, postal and telecommunications services.
Mr Mutabazi is an aeronautical engineer and a fully registered member of the Royal Aeronautical Society of the United Kingdom. He holds a Masters of Science Degree in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) with a bias in Spectrum Planning (University of Liverpool, U.K).
Mrs. Susan Marian Atengo Wegoye is the Commission Secretary/Director Legal Affairs at the Uganda Communications Commission. She is an Advocate of the Courts of Judicature of Uganda with over 15 years' legal experience.
Ms Harriet Omoding is the Director Human Resources and Administration of the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC). Ms. Omoding is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development UK.
Hon. George William Nyombi Thembo is the Director for the Rural Development Fund (RCDF) at the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC). He assumed that office in January 2017.
Ms Alice Nyangoma is a certified chartered accountant and a professional auditor with strong skills and experience in internal and external auditing, financial and treasury management, and risk management Ms Nyangoma holds of a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration (both from Makerere University).
Mr Fred Otunnu is the Director of Corporate Affairs at the Uganda Communications Commission.
Dr Tumubweinee Twinemanzi is the Director of Industry Affairs and Content at the Uganda Communications Commission. He holds an Msc and PhD in Economics from the University of Texas at Dallas (USA) with over 15 years of experience in middle and senior management.
Mrs Irene Kaggwa-Sewankambo is the Director for Engineering and Communication Infrastructure at the Uganda Communications Commission.
